Resto Besto (week 46)

 Heyy everyone! Here's a bit about my week!!


- first off HAPPY FATHERS DAY to my dad!! I really have the best dad ever. I'm grateful for him and his Christlike example to me. He is THE BEST supporter and don't know where I would be without him! I love you dad!! 🩵🩵

- we had the most insane zone conference at Cascade park!!! 😍 please go check those pictures

- put TWO people on date to be baptized this week!! Pray for Jeanette and Laila!

- exchanges with SISTER HOWELL!! did some service and played disc golf with the youth! SOO much fun

- taught at the new missionary training meeting with Sista Sum ☀️ !! 

 - SAW SO MANY MIRACLES THIS WEEK!! It is SO cool to see the Lord's hand in every little thing that we do :) I'm grateful to be His hands in this work

- one of the miracles was our new friend Cidella! She is in the hospital going through chemo right now and we were able to visit her!! We had to gear up in hospital gowns and gloves to be able to go into her room but then we taught her the restoration, gave her a book of mormon, and helped her get a priesthood blessing!! The spirit was so strong and after the blessing she says "God has healed me" AHHHH so sweet!! pray for her and her health please!!

- got to go to the Elder's baptism in one of our wards on saturday and I felt the spirit so strong. When she came out of the water she said "thank you Jesus" aww

Zone Conference this week was all about the Restoration!! Seriously so amazing talking about the first vision when you're surrounded by massive trees in the woods. The spirit is SO strong in nature!! But I've been thinking about it a lot and my life would be so different without the Restoration. I'm so grateful for the prophet Joseph Smith and His courage to pray when He had a question. It has changed my life. I know that this is the Restored Gospel of Jesus Christ. At zone conference we had the chance to have our own "Sacred Grove moments" and I had a really cool experience with that. You can have your own Sacred Grove moment too!! Go find answers to your own prayers through studying the scriptures, living prophets and apostles, and prayer. Having those moments will change your life 🤍

Island girl (week 19)

  Hiii everyone !! This was a super crazy week.... we had transfers and I got transferred out of mount vernon:( I was so sad to leave because I had only been there for 6 weeks but I had a really cool experience that testified to me that I did what the Lord needed me to do there. I'm so grateful for my time there and all the amazing people I met Nowwww I'm in ANACORTES !!!! YOU GUYS it is the most beautiful place... holy. The pictures dont do it justice. Come visit and see for yourself, you wont regret it. I live about 3 minutes from the ferry terminal and am over all the san juan island branches as well!! We have an apartment on the islands so we get to go out and stay a couple days there at a time. I feel so grateful to be serving the Lord here. My comp is Sister Boris and she is awesome. Shes from Texas and a triplet!! We are whitewashing again which is exciting but also stressful. Definitely takes a lot of time to adjust and meet everyone but its getting better!! HIGHLIGHTS

Last week in the mtc ahh

  Hey everyone!! Just finished another amazing week being a missionary. My time at the mtc is almost over... and I fly out to Washington on FRIDAY MORNING AHH!!! Literally like 3 days away what. I swear I just got here. I have seriously LOVED the mtc!!!!!! I'm feeling really excited and really really nervous about leaving and getting out into the field... but ready or not here I go haha My district has become like family to me. All 14 of us do everythinggg together and it's such a blast. Me and my companion are the only ones going to Washington so it's going to break my heart saying goodbye to them this week:( HIGHLIGHTS -Sister Hughes yelling "amen" in the middle of the prayer because she thought it was over -Playing missionary tag on wet grass... im shoked no one got hurt but there were a lot of good face plants -we had a substitute teacher named Mayo -found a zac efron pillow in our residence hall.
