Hey hey people! Thanks for coming back to read another one of my emails
First off... TRANSFER NEWS!!!!

I'm suuuper excited because I'm going to be training a brand new missionary!! I'm gonna be a mom!!! (mission slang haha) I get to pick her up on saturday and ahhhh I just can't wait to meet her. I'm training her out here on the islands

im so excited and nervous. Buttt I'm stoked to stay here in oak harbor for a bit longer!
HIGHLIGHTS !!
- we spent valentines dinner with a family in the ward and the husband was gone so they made it a "galentines" dinner for us. It was so cute!

- SISTERS CONFERENCE!! all the sisters in the whole mission were there! Sooo fun! It was good to get some girl interaction because we're the only sisters in our whole zone aha
-played the tortilla slap game with ysa
- some guy in public randomly just gave me a fortune/blessing... I dont really know what it was but aparently I'm gonna be a doctor someday and everyone I touch will be healed
- ward conference for fidalgo island ward and the ysa were yesterday which meant lotsss of meetings! We were at church for 10 hours straight

- a bunch of the young women in a couple of our wards were in their school play and we got permission to go support them! It was so fun to watch!!
Little miracle:)
This week we were at ihop with some other sisters and this guy came up to us while we were eating. He told us that he noticed we were just full of light and he could tell there was something different about us. Then he noticed our tags and started asking us questions about the church and our beliefs. We sat there teaching him for like an hour and he ended up paying for all of our breakfast!!
This experience was a good reminder to me that sharing the Gospel can be as simple as being an example and sharing your light with others. People notice things, and you never know who is watching. So share that light of Christ in everything you do!!

Cant wait to show you all my greenie next week! Have a good week and shoot me an email with any updates in your life:)) I love hearing from you!
- Sister Bell

Dear Sister Bell and Family,
You (your missionary) have been assigned to serve as a trainer to a new missionary arriving in the Everett, Washington Mission. This assignment comes through your faithful and obedient missionary service. This is the most important assignment in the mission. Your effort will affect the new missionary’s life forever and they will look back on this time and remember the role you played in helping them adjust to missionary life. Please do everything in your power to help them become a great missionary!
You will have the opportunity and responsibility to teach principles of obedience to mission rules, effective proselyting, and planning and preparing through example. Your companion will become a great missionary as you lift, encourage, and inspire them to become actively engaged in the work.
As a trainer, it is important for you to focus on these areas:
-FINDING
-OBEDIENCE
-LEAVING THE APARTMENT TO WORK
-DAILY PLANNING
-PERSONAL AND COMPANION STUDY
-GIVING YOUR COMPANION OPPORTUNITIES TO LEAD
-FOLLOWING THE 12 WEEK CURRICULUM IN CANVAS
Most importantly, continue to follow the promptings of the spirit in your training efforts. Through you, the Lord will lead, guide and direct His new missionary in furthering the work.
Thank you for your continued diligence in this great work! This letter is for your information and a copy is sent to your parents to notify them of your assignment.
Sincerely,
