WHITE THANKSGIVING🤍 (week 17)
You're gonna wanna read this email😭
This was probably the best week of my mission. And this next week is gonna be even better.
Sooo the sisters that were here before us taught these amazing people... justin and kachie. Justin got baptized in july and his wife Kachie got baptized in september.
They have the cutest 3 girls, Gabriella, Eula, and Taima. They are ages 9, 12, & 13. They remind me of me and my sisters and i love them.
We started teaching them recently and this last week we had an amazing lesson about baptism with them. What it is, why we do it, and the covenants we make. That day we put their youngest daughter, Taima on-date to be baptized. The spirit was so strong. When I tell you I cried, I actually did. Tears of joy holy I am SO excited. She wanted to be baptized THIS FRIDAY THE 24TH. AHH 😆so we've been busy planning a baptism for this week and finishing teaching her the lessons and i don't even know what i'm doing and im stressed but i'm just filled with joy 24/7
Then... on Thursday we had a lesson with all the girls talking about the plan of salvation. It was awesome and at the end of the lesson THE OTHER 2 GIRLS TELL US THAT THEY WANT TO BE BAPTIZED. With their sister next friday 🥹
I love all 3 of these girls with all my whole heart and I can't wait to watch them enter into the waters of baptism and make their first step on the covenant path this friday:)
Best. Thanksgiving. Weekend. Ever. 🤍🤍

- started teaching the cutest old lady from the Philippines !! I have never seen someone smile so big when i handed her her own book of mormon 🥹
- fed peacocks
- did a little drive up sisters lunch and parked all of our cars in a circle and had lunch together!!! Sooo fun
- visited a sweet lady in our ward a couple times who's in the hospital. She's really struggling so it was sad but it made her so happy to have visitors
Last but not least... PAT GOT BAPTIZED!! 💙
Pat was taught by the elders that we share a ward with but we have been over to her home to help her a couple times. She is amazing. She didn't want anyone there so it was the smallest baptism i've ever been to but the spirit was so strong!!! After she got baptized they just stood there in the water for like a whole minute just soaking in that feeling and she was just crying. After I was able to go help her change into dry clothes, and witness her talk about the feelings she just felt. It was so cool. My favorite thing she said was "im baptized!!! I'm just like jesus!!!"
I'll end it there haha. God is Good. There were so many other miracles. Weeks like this make EVERYTHING worth it 😊
Happy Thanksgiving! I'm thankful for you all:)
