This weeks robbery (week 10)

 WOAH. What even was this week. So much happened.

Probably the most eventful thing (besides conference of course) was that OUR CAR GOT BROKEN INTO. Two windows absolutely shattered. Pictures below. Luckily we didn't have anything valuable in it and the only thing they took was my companions coat and hopefully a Book of Mormon. The other funny thing is that our tire popped AGAIN last Tuesday. I looked like an idiot driving all the way to the mission office with a tiny spare tire barely holding on and 2 broken windows. RIP Sandra. We got a new car though! I guess popped tires and having your car broken into are both common in Seattle so that made us feel a little bit better about the situation haha. Definitely the most stressful General Conference Sunday I've ever had in my life.
HIGHLIGHTS!
- Exchanges with Sister Summerhayes were a BLAST! We saw a seal. Such a highlight. We also saw miracles.
- Went to visit someone and they had 3 front doors. The numbers on them were 1516, 1516A, 1516 1/2. Huh? We knocked all 3 and no one answered:( picture is down below haha
- President Nelson announced A TEMPLE IN ANGOLA!!! I am so happy!! 
- Morning yoga... sister kersey captured our session perfectly one morning. Just check all the pictures they're good this week
- Pikes place and gum wall downtown today!! Sooo fun 
- So many of our friends watched conference and loved it!! Yay! Also had some great lessons this week!! Woohooo!
I was SPIRITUALLY FED with conference holyyy. I loved it. I can't choose one talk or one thought to share because there are just too many. I love all of our Prophets and Apostles and I'm so grateful for them. I love President Nelson and his message to THINK CELESTIAL. Such a good reminder:) have that eternal mindset and think celestial!!! Jesus loves you! I do too!!

  You're gonna wanna read this email😭 This was probably the best week of my mission. And this next week is gonna be even better.  Sooo the sisters that were here before us taught these amazing people... justin and kachie. Justin got baptized in july and his wife Kachie got baptized in september. They have the cutest 3 girls, Gabriella, Eula, and Taima. They are ages 9, 12, & 13. They remind me of me and my sisters and i love them. We started teaching them recently and this last week we had an amazing lesson about baptism with them. What it is, why we do it, and the covenants we make. That day we put their youngest daughter, Taima on-date to be baptized. The spirit was so strong. When I tell you I cried, I actually did. Tears of joy holy I am SO excited. She wanted to be baptized THIS FRIDAY THE 24TH. AHH 😆so we've been busy planning a baptism for this week and finishing teaching her the lessons and i don't even know what i'm doing and im stressed but i'm just ...

It's a girl!!!!😲💗 (week 29)

Hey hey people! Thanks for coming back to read another one of my emails First off... TRANSFER NEWS!!!! I'm suuuper excited because I'm going to be training a brand new missionary!! I'm gonna be a mom!!! (mission slang haha) I get to pick her up on saturday and ahhhh I just can't wait to meet her. I'm training her out here on the islands   im so excited and nervous. Buttt I'm stoked to stay here in oak harbor for a bit longer! HIGHLIGHTS !! - we spent valentines dinner with a family in the ward and the husband was gone so they made it a "galentines" dinner for us. It was so cute! - SISTERS CONFERENCE!! all the sisters in the whole mission were there! Sooo fun! It was good to get some girl interaction because we're the only sisters in our whole zone aha -played the tortilla slap game with ysa - some guy in public randomly just gave me a fortune/blessing... Hey hey everyone welcome back!! This week was our mission tour with a member of the 70. Elder McConkie came and spoke to us and it was amazinggg!! I'm so grateful for Him and the direction he gave to our mission! Buttt the subject line... on Wednesday we had a meeting with him and in the middle of his talk the fire alarm went off. THENNN church was about to start on Sunday and the fire alarm went off there too. We all just had to go stand outside for like 20 minutes!! No fires don't worry, not sure why it went off but it was crazy. That's never happened to me at a church before and then it went off twice in one week at 2 different buildings! 🔥 the spirit must've been so strong this week lol !!!
