Miracle City & ASL Land (week 4)

What's up everybodyyy! Hope everyone is doing good!!!

MIRACLE ALERT... we were at church a couple weeks ago and this guy we've never seen before just walked in and sat down. We went and talked to him and his sister is a member and he went to church one time with her and LOVED the spirit he felt there so she gave him the address to our church in Seattle! We straight up asked him on the spot if we could teach him and he was like yes please. This week we were able to have our first lesson with him and HOLY. It was amazing. It was suuuper natural and more of a discussion than anything. His name is Micah and he is so ready to receive the gospel in his life!!!!! We felt like we should invite a certain member of the ward to this lesson and that was 100% inspired because they connected SO well. It was crazy. Probably best friends for life after that. Anyways, wish you all could've been there because it was incredible.
Something else that is kinda fun that happened this week was exchanges with the ASL Sisters. They are the only sisters, other than me and my companion, that serve in Seattle. I've been learning a little bit of sign language here which has been a blast!! I was able to have a very basic conversation with some of the deaf people we worked with that day and it was so much fun!!!! Hopefully I'll be able to keep signing!
